Cardiff Family Advice and Support
Cardiff Family Gateway is a designated helpline which currently takes over 12,000 calls and emails a year, providing information and advice on the following:
· Family life
· Child behaviour
· Parental support
· School attendance
· Employment, money and housing
· Information and signposting to other services. Plus much more!

Since the launch of Cardiff Family Advice and Support the team have also expanded and have welcomed a team of Police Community Support Officers, Primary Mental Health Specialists and Family Help Disability Advisers.

Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT)
Do you or someone you know have a family member or loved one affected by drug and alcohol misuse? Perhaps you work with people and know someone who may need help supporting someone in their life with this problem?
The Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) programme is a free program of informed therapeutic virtual sessions for those who need help supporting someone with a drug or alcohol problem.
The CRAFT programme follows an evidence-based structure of seven sessions and is designed for family members, partners and friends.
The programme supports individuals, helping to create positive change for themselves and the loved ones who are struggling. See the information flyer for further information.
